Stoughton Associates has been formed bringing together senior individuals with leadership and domain expertise across the financial services industry. Our team have led end to end engagements to design, build and launch banks including more recently digital banks.

Our philosophy is simple, be honest with the client, don’t overpromise and underdeliver as this will damage our reputation as well as our clients. We are a network of associates, the same as any of the other global consulting firms, but we can be more agile and flexible on how we work with you.

Our core objective is to address the issues you are facing and give you timely advice and solutions so you can look after your customers.

Ethics

Stoughton Associates does not provide any audit or assurance services to clients. This independence allows us to be objective and to avoid any conflict of interest some of the big 4 consulting firms have. In addition, we do not have active participation in fund management or private equity firms which can also raise independence issues.
